The NROSH team conducted a round of regional seminars to promote a greater understanding of NROSH and canvas the views of social housing providers. These seminars were well attended by Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords

This site describes the NROSH requirements in plain English to help you make decisions when evaluating toolkits or full NROSH compatible asset management systems

Physical Attributes (Back to: Property)

This is a key data group and contains most of the physical details of your stock required by NROSH. This data would typically be collected during a stock condition or planned maintenance survey.

It is most likely that you will also want to collect other stock condition data along side the requirements of NROSH such as: detailed Decent Homes information, data for SAP calculations, and costings for internal and external work relating to planned preventative maintenance.
