Main Data Groups in NROSH

As explained earlier the NROSH data is held as a tree structure that branches out into more and more detail. The starting point of this tree is the data group named Properties. This in turn contains a data group named Property holding all the NROSH information for each and every property in your stock portfolio.

Properties contains one or more Property data groups.

Property data group

The main property data group contains five sub groups summarised below.

    • Referencing. This data group contains information that uniquely identifies each property such as unique property reference number (UPRN) and address.
    • Admin. This data group contains administrative details about the property.
    • Physical Attributes. This is a key data group and contains most of the physical details of your stock. This data would typically be collected during a stock condition or planned maintenance survey.
    • Management. This data group contains property management information such as the tenure and vacancy status
    • Stock Flow. This data group contains information about the additions to and losses from the social housing stock.
